Flexible Solutions for a Fast-Moving Business
Due to the nature of their work, the client often sets up temporary sites while completing projects. At one of these locations, a fixed line wasn’t an option. To keep them connected, TST stepped in with a temporary mobile broadband solution, including loaning them the equipment—meaning they didn’t have to purchase anything up front.
Around the same time, there was a local EE outage caused by a fire at a nearby mast. We advised the client to use an alternative SIM provider while the issue was being resolved, ensuring they could stay connected with minimal disruption.

More recently, the client moved into a new site, and TST supported them through the transition by implementing a modern mobile desk phone system. This helped them streamline their communications, reduce the number of fixed desk phone users, and give their team greater flexibility.
We also helped guide the client through the cancellation and notice period of their existing broadband provider, ensuring they could maximise the contracts already in place and align the move with the end of the 90-day notice period.
